For the third year in succession, the pancake race was won by Johnson. The competition was fierce and each house could claim to be leading at some stage. Tactics abounded as Year Eights built leads that were soon reversed against Year Three and the groans as a flipped pancake, becoming more threadbare by the minute, hit the floor. The result was a very close run thing with Mr Reed being besieged by pleading house staff..but the yellows it was….yet again!
