Art
The Art Department is located in a purpose built area containing two spacious teaching studios, a pottery and a research area with computers, printers, library with internet access. Outside the studios is a gallery area were the children’s artwork can be displayed.
There are various art clubs available to all the children as well as the CRE8 club for potential scholars. Several Art trips are run each year including a weekend sketching in Cornwall, an overseas History of Art Visit and regular Exhibitions and lectures enhance the children’s art experience. Parent’s workshops provide opportunities for adults to experience the art programme available to their children.
