To further our children’s educational experiences within the Pre- Prep department we offer the following activities which take place after the school day ends at 3.30:

After School Club; a session of supervised play and informal activities, just like home.

Ball Skills, run by professional coaches.

Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance, run by a professional dance teacher.

Beavers, for boys and girls aged 6 and above.

French Club, run by a specialist teacher from Le Club Francaise.

Speech and Drama, where the children can be prepared to take L.A.M.D.A. exams if wished.

Yoga Teddies, a fun way to learn Yoga for the very young, run by a fully qualified yoga teacher.

Riding is offered as an optional extra during the school day, to children in Years One and Two throughout the year. Reception children may start in the Summer Term only.

Piano lessons are offered to Year Two girls and boys.

A full daily timetable of basic subjects is enhanced with the provision of varied Physical Education experiences covering gymnastics, games skills, swimming and ‘Dance Workshops’ with Year Two children also being offered professional tennis coaching in the Summer Term.

Music is provided by a professional musician and qualified specialist teacher.

We enjoy cultural visits from a wide range of experts and enthusiasts and take our children on excursions and educational visits to broaden their knowledge and horizons.
