At the heart of Hordle Walhampton Pre-Prep is the celebration of children and their achievements, both within school and in the wider world. Our children have so many talents, be they musical, dramatic, academic or sporty. Sometimes a child will be so kind and empathetic to their peers that we all want to celebrate this kindness.
Once a week we have a celebration assembly where we all share children’s successes during the week. Children are awarded a certificate to mark this achievement and each child is given a photograph as a reminder of their success.
Once a week we have a Cafe table assembly. Children are chosen to sit at a special lunchtime table complete with tablecloth, napkins, fruit juice, breadsticks and a special dessert as a thank you for displaying good table manners throughout the week. Our children really love being asked to join the Cafe table and are each awarded a certificate in assembly time.
